Pinhole Board camera is the term used for
small miniature cameras. This is because the CCD and camera must be attached to
a circuit board to function. Board cameras have a variety of applications. Many
of the pinhole board camera are used inside of hidden cameras such as the clock
radio or DVD player hidden camera. There are basically 3 types of board cameras;
conical, flat or board lens. The conical and flat lens relate to the pinhole
board camera style which only require a tiny hole to see. That is why they are
called pinhole cameras. The board lens camera is not a pinhole and does require
about a 5/8 to 3/4 inch hole to see properly. The board lens camera often uses
the same lens as our bullet cameras. We offer the board lens camera all the way
up to a 16mm lens.
All of the board cameras are quite small
and can be hidden quite easily. We offer color, black and white, and dual mode
board cameras to accommodate just about any need. They are all pre-hard wired
with about 1 foot of power video cable attached and can easily be connected to
your TV/VCR/DVR. They can operate from batteries or AC
power.
